[get_weights]: Reviewing Current Distribution

For transparency and informed decisions, you can review the current distribution of weights with the get_weights subcommand:

$ basedcli core get_weights

This will output the current weight allocations for each Brain, allowing users to see which Brains carry the most influence and where contributions might be needed or most rewarded.
