[transfer]: Executing Token Transfers

Transferring funds to other accounts or users within the BasedAI ecosystem is a common transaction that can be facilitated through the transfer subcommand:

$ basedcli wallet transfer
Enter wallet name to transfer from (default): myPrimaryWallet
Enter destination wallet address: 5HF...vs3
Enter BASED amount to transfer: 50

This process will prompt you to verify the transaction details, and upon confirmation, you'll receive a notification indicating a successful transfer. You'll also get a transaction identifier (hash), which can be used to track the transfer on a blockchain explorer, ensuring transparency and traceability of the transaction.
